Raafi worked at Frost Included where he designed and implemented behavioural insights interventions to improve gender, racial, and LGBT equality in organizations. He worked under a former Women and Public Policy Program Fellow Stephen Frost to both implement Frost Included's diversity and inclusion programs and improve their strategy using cutting edge behavioural insights research.
Raafi spent the summer working with former Women and Public Policy Program Fellow Stephen Frost at his organisation, Frost Included. Frost Included seeks to help people understand diversity and inclusion, and provide solutions for organisations to lead inclusively. As a summer intern, Raafi spent approximately half of his time with clients, working with them to create an organizational environment that is more inclusive of women, black and minority ethnic (BAME), and lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) individuals. The other half of his time was spent working on improving FI's strategy and techniques, drawing on his background and research in behavioural insights (BI) to improve gender, racial and LGBT equality in organisations.
