Morgan worked in the evaluation office at the United Nations Population Fund, which drives the organization's accountability to stakeholders and supports evidence-based decision-making. Applying evaluation skills learned at HKS, Morgan collected and analyzed key indicator data for program countries to develop case studies and conduct financial analysis.
Morgan worked in the evaluation office at UNFPA, the lead UN agency for delivering a world where every pregnancy is wanted, every childbirth is safe and every young person's potential is fulfilled. The evaluation office drives UNFPA’s results by demonstrating accountability to stakeholders, supporting evidence-based decision-making, and contributing lessons learned. She supported evaluation activities throughout the preparatory, inception, data collection and reporting phases. In particular, Morgan contributed to data collection for the portfolio of interventions in a particular program, analyzing key indicator data for program countries to develop case studies, mapping stakeholders at global and regional levels for each program, and conducting financial analysis of trends in UNFPA budget and expenditure.
