Join us for a conversation between healthcare policy experts Rosemarie Day and Wanda McClain on “Universal Healthcare and the Crises of 2020”.

Rosemarie Day, Founder and CEO of Day Health Strategies and Wanda McClain, Vice President of Community Health and Health Equity at Brigham Health will discuss Day’s new book, health disparities, and how the pandemic and crises of 2020 affect the prospects for universal healthcare. The speakers will underscore that problems with accessing affordable care are part of a national emergency. Day and McClain will also discuss how a groundswell of activism, led by everyday women, could create the incentives our political leaders need to change course. With remarks by David T. Ellwood, Former Dean &Scott M. Black Professor of Political Economy at the Harvard Kennedy School.
