Marc Grau's research explores the benefits of fatherhood involvement for fathers themselves and their jobs. As a WAPPP Fellow, he is examining how men and women negotiate flexible work arrangements in their organizations and how structural conditions and gender dynamics affect those negotiations.

Bio

Marc Grau has a PhD in Social Policy from the University of Edinburgh. Using mix methods, he explored the benefits of fatherhood involvement for fathers themselves and their jobs. He has obtained a MA in Political and Social Sciences from University Pompeu Fabra and a degree in Business Administration from ESADE Business School. Marc serves as an academic collaborator at the International Center of Work and Family in IESE Business School and as a researcher at Universitat International de Catalunya. His research interests focus on work-family balance, gender equality, fatherhood involvement and negotiation. As a WAPPP Fellow, he is examining how men and women negotiate flexible work arrangements in their organizations and how structural conditions and gender dynamics affect those negotiations.
